摘要
相比传统叉车仓库,自动化立体仓库以其土地利用率高、自动化水平高、物流管理先进、人力成本节省等优点,已逐步成为化工企业仓库建设合理、可靠的选择。以某400 kt/a高分子聚合物粒子装置的仓库设计为例,介绍了自动化立体仓库的设计理念和设计过程。
Compared to traditional warehouse with forklifts,the automated stereoscopic warehouse featuring high ratio of land utilization,high level of automation,state-of-the-art logistics control,and saving of labor cost,has become a reasonable and reliable option for warehouse construction by the chemical producers. With the example of the design of a warehouse for a 400 kt / a high polymer granulation plant,the design philosophy and design process for the automated stereoscopic warehouse are outlined.
