带助推机构的沸腾式热风炉烘干系统设计

摘要 主要分析磷肥生产固体颗粒物料烘干效果不佳、煤粉未燃尽杂质影响产品外观质量等,以及热风炉炉体和浇注料墙体经常损坏的原因,并针对热风烘干炉存在的缺陷提出了结构性优化设计方案,经检修改造后,现在烘干炉一直运行稳定,运行效果良好。 An analysis of the causes is mainly provided for poor drying of solid granules of the produced phosphate fertilizer,the impact on the product visual quality due to incomplete burning impurities of the coal powder,and frequent damaging of the body and casting wall of the hot air furnace. And design proposal is made for optimization of the construction of the hot air furnace against its defects. After the maintenance and modification,the furnace has been operating stably with good performance.
