摘要
分析了硫精矿制酸系统中装置内部积灰严重的影响和危害,通过对比分析国内多种清灰装置的特点及优缺点,最终选用空气同频干涉型激波清灰装置,既提高了清灰的质量和效率,同时也大大简化了清灰的设备,降低了设备的故障率,保障了硫酸生产系统运行的可靠性和稳定性,减少了维修工时和员工的劳动强度,增加了一定的社会效益和经济效益。
An analysis of the impact and hazard of serious ash buildup in the sulphuric acid plant based on sulphur concentrate feed is provided. Through comparison and analysis of the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of multiple ash cleaning units in China,the air co-frequency interference type shock wave ash cleaning unit is selected,which not only increases the quality and efficiency of ash cleaning,but also greatly simplifies the equipment for ash cleaning. It reduces the equipment failure,guarantees reliability and stability for the operation of the sulphuric acid production system,lowers the maintenance manhour and work load for the workers,and also increases the social and economic benefits.
