摘要
针对目前用户对磷酸二铵产品外观和内部质量的要求越来越高,结合生产过程中存在的中和度、磷酸浓度及杂质含量、返料量、温度、压力、管式反应器喷头角度、造粒机二次氨的分布及插入料层的深度等各种影响因素,提出可采取的主要控制方法,使磷酸二铵的生产趋于长周期、安全、稳定的运行。
With increasing requirements for visual and internal quality for DAP product by the customer,and based on various influencing factors during the production,including neutralization degree,concentration of phosphoric acid and content of impurities,return ratio,temperature,pressure,spray nozzle orientation of the pipe reactor,distribution of secondary ammonia for the granulator,and the insertion depth into the material layer,main control methods are proposed such that the DAP production can achieve long,safe and stable operation.
