摘要
1950年4月14日,以第12兵团暨湖南军区和第四野战军后勤二分部部分机构和人员为基础,海军领导机关在北京宣布成立。萧劲光任海军司令员,刘道生任副政治委员兼政治部主任。海军领导机关的成立,标志着中国人民解放军从此有了一个崭新的战略性军种。
On April 14,1950,the PLA announced the formation of the Navy leading organs in Beijing. It was based on some of the organizations and personnel from the 12 th Corps and the Hunan Military Region and the 2nd Logistics Branch of the 4th Field Army. Xiao Jinguang was commissioned as the Navy Commander,and Liu Daosheng as the Deputy Political Commissar and Director of the Political Department. The establishment of the PLA Navy leading body marked the birth of a brand-new strategic service of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army.
