摘要
目的 对比研究预防医学专业本科学生对慢性病管理的认知和能力培养状况的年级差异,为提高预防医学慢性病管理能力,改进预防医学教学模式提供可行性建议.方法 采取整群抽样方法,对我国中部地区某部属医学院校预防医学专业277名本科学生进行问卷调查.结果 调查发现,预防医学专业各年级学生对我国当前慢性病管理情况认知不足,对慢性病防控责任和管理能力培养必要性的认知趋于一致,都希望通过社区实践和临床技能培养提高自身慢性病管理能力.仅有24.9%的预防医学专业本科学生愿意从事慢性病预防的相关工作,从业意愿是影响学生慢性病管理能力提高的主要因素.结论 调查对象对于慢性病管理的认知情况不太理想,但知晓意愿较强;当前预防医学教学模式并不完全有利于本科学生慢性病管理能力的培养,培养模式需要进一步革新.
Objective To analysize on the recognition and ability cultivation of non-communicable chronic disease management(NCDM) among different-grade students so as to enhance the capacity of students and establish a new teaching model of preventive medicine.Methods 277 preventing medical students were interviewed with self-maid questionnaires by cluster sampling method.Results Most of preventing medical students had a low recognition of NCDM.The students in different grades have the same cognition on training the responsibility and management ability of the chronic disease prevention and control.Each year students are required to increase community practices and clinical skills training.24.9% of preventing medical students had willing to work in the prevention and control of chronic diseases after graduation.Work willingness is the major factor that affects the improvement of students'ability to manage the non-communicable chronic diseases.Conclusions The preventing medical students have low recognition about NCDM,the traditional teaching model for the preventive medicines should be reformed.
