摘要
诊断学是临床课程的基础,是医学生从基础学习转向临床学习的必修课程.本文针对教学活动中知识转化的特性,依据知识管理的概念模型,构建了基于知识管理的诊断学课程教学模型,模型中设计了组织结构、学习目标、学习文化环境、信息技术支撑等要素,以保障教学活动的知识转化.此模式注重在教学过程中的隐性知识共享交流,对医学生的临床思维培养能够起到积极作用.
Diagnostics is the basis of the clinical courses,and it is a required course for medical students to shift from basic medical study to clinical medical study.The teaching model of diagnostics based on a knowledge management was designed according to the characteristics of knowledge transformation in teaching activities and the concept of knowledge management model.In the model,the organization structure,learning goal,learning culture environment,information technology support and other elements were designed to ensure the transformation of teaching activities.Because this model emphasizes the tacit knowledge sharing in the process of teaching,it can play a positive role in cultivation of clinical thinking process of medical students.
