摘要
目的 分析标准化病人应用于妇产科学临床实践教学中的有效性和可行性.方法 选取锦州医科大学(原辽宁医学院)2009级和2010级临床医学专业四年级245名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组引入标准化病人教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法.采用考核和问卷调查方式对两组学生进行教学效果的评价及其可行性分析.结果 实验组学生考核成绩明显高于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查结果显示:实验组90.0%以上的学生对标准化病人教学方法表示赞同.结论 将标准化病人引入妇产科学实践教学中,可以提高学生实践能力,值得深入探讨和推广应用.
Objective To observe the validity and feasibility of standardized patient applied to clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods Selected 245 students who are 2009 and 2010 undergraduates in Jinzhou Medical University,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were offered standardized patient teaching method,while the control group were taught with traditional teaching method.Examination and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results The scores of experimental group are higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The result of the questionnaire showed that 90.0% students of experimental group hold a positive attitude for SP teaching method.Conclusions SP teaching method can improve students' practical ability of obstetrics and gynecology,which is worth discussing and applying in clinical teaching.
