临床技能竞赛对五年制和七年制医学生临床实践能力的影响

Effect of the clinical skills competition on the clinical skills in five-year and seven-year medical students

目的 探讨临床技能竞赛对五年制、七年制临床医学专业学生临床实践能力的影响.方法 选择中国医科大学2009级、2010级七年制临床医学专业和五年制临床医学专业1593名学生为研究对象.通过在临床实践中增加临床技能竞赛内容,比较七年制和五年制医学生对临床技能掌握的情况.结果 七年制医学生的多数技能操作优于五年制医学生;但是,比较两种不同学制医学生的小儿头皮静脉穿刺术、动脉采血、静脉采血、静脉输液、皮内注射、导尿术、心电图操作、婴儿喂养等操作成绩,其差异无统计学意义.结论 七年制医学生在临床思维和团队合作方面的能力均明显优于五年制医学生,临床技能竞赛能够强化医学生临床基本技能的训练、提高临床思维和增加团队合作意识.

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the clinical skills competition on the clinical skills in five-year and seven-year medical students.Methods 1593 seven-year medical students and five-year medical students in clinical practice were taken as research targets.In the clinical skills competition of the medical students,the scores of participating medical students were compared.Results The scores of the seven-year medical students in the clinical skills competition were dramatically higher than those of five-year medical students in most operating items.There were no significant differences that the scores in scalp vein puncture in children,arterial blood sampling,venous blood collection,intravenous infusion,intracutaneous injection,catheterization,ECG operation,baby feeding measured between the two groups.Conclusions The abilities of the seven-year medical students in clinical thinking and team cooperation were dramatically greater than those of five-year medical students.The clinical skills competition could promote the cultivation of the clinical skills,clinical thinking and team cooperation of medical students.
