摘要
焊接转向架是否需要热处理,在世界范围内尚有争议。文中结合济南轨道交通装备有限责任公司生产的出口欧洲某型号转向架的疲劳实验结果、有限元模拟分析结果和制造工艺,对不进行热处理的焊接转向架疲劳强度的影响做了分析与探讨。
There are still controversial in the world whether the bogie welding heat treatment is needed. The influence of heat treatment on the fatigue strength of welded bogie were analyzed and discussed based on the bogie fatigue test results,the finite element simulation analysis and manufacturing processes.
