Crack repair welding process of air conditioning passenger car bogie frame

针对客车转向架检修时,构架出现裂纹的问题,通过对该构架材料焊接性、工艺性等理论分析,结合理论和实践经验,提出焊修工艺并实施。论述了现场施焊的工艺措施,提出了确保焊接质量的方法。实践证明,采用以上焊接工艺措施是可行的。

Frame cracked when passenger bogie was serviced. The repair welding process was proposed based on the material weldability,technology and other theoretical analysis. This paper discusses the site welding process and put forward the method to ensure the welding quality. Practice has proved that the use of the above welding process measures are feasible.
