摘要
GQ80型轻油罐车罐体是由高强度耐大气腐蚀钢(Q450NQR1)和压力容器用钢(Q345R)焊接而成,其中Q450NQR1钢首次在罐车罐体上使用,如何获得优质的焊接接头,是确保GQ80型罐车使用可靠、安全稳定运行的关键。所以,对Q450NQR1钢焊接接头的性能试验和研究是非常必要的。
GQ80 type light tanker tank is a welded structure which is made of high strength atmosphere corrosionresistant steel（ Q450NQR1） and pressure vessel steel（ Q345R） steel. In this paper,the mechanical properties of the joints was studied to ensure GQ80 type tanker working reliably,safely and stably.
