摘要
低合金耐热钢12Cr1Mo V焊接预热温度高,给生产应用带来不便,为解决此问题,提出了一种12Cr1Mo V用新型焊条,焊条成分设计中采用低碳加钨的方式解决强度与韧性的匹配问题。对焊条进行试验验证,试验结果显示焊条具有12Cr1Mo V耐热钢相当的常温力学性能和高温持久强度;同时焊条具有高的抗裂性,在室温(20℃)下对厚度超过8 mm以上的12Cr1Mo V耐热钢焊接可不预热,且不需要后热消氢。该焊条已在产品生产中得到应用,具有较好的推广价值。
The welding preheating temperature of 12Cr1MoV low alloy heat- resistant steel is high,which brings the inconvenience to fabrication. A new type of welding electrode is proposed for 12Cr1MoV heat- resistant steel,which contains low carbon plus tungsten to realize the proper match between strength and toughness.The results of the tests conducted for such kind of electrode show that 1) the electrode's mechanical properties at room temperature and creep rupture strength are equivalent with those of 12Cr1MoV heat- resistant steel; 2)the electrode has high crack resistance property,leading to such advantage that welding of 12Cr1MoV heat- resistant steel( thickness more than 8 mm) with this kind of electrode under room temperature( 20℃) requires no preheating and post heating( for hydrogen elimination). This kind of electrode has been applied in the products and it is worth of popularizing.
