摘要
通过对JW4G转向架构架及侧梁组焊工艺进行分析,重点,介绍了焊接变形的种类及产生原因。通过对不同焊接结构易产生的焊接变形种类进行分析,分别运用合理的下料工艺、焊接工艺及适用的工艺装备,较好地控制了构架的焊接变形,降低了劳动强度、提高了生产效率。
According to the analysis of the JW4G bogie and the side beam compound technology,this article focuses on the types and causes of the welding deformation. Based on different types of welding deformation of welded structure easy generation is analyzed,respectively,reasonable use of blanking process,welding process and the suitable process equipment,a better control of the welding deformation of the architecture,the reduction of labor intensity,improve production efficiency.
