摘要 为了改善钢轨焊接接头热处理性能,以减小热处理加热过程轨头与轨底脚温度差,提高轨头、轨底三角区、轨底脚等薄弱部位内部组织晶粒度为优化目的,通过试验分析了热处理加热感应器的形状、加热温度、频率、功率等对轨头与轨底脚温度差的影响,发现合适的感应圈形状和尺寸比例是热处理工艺参数优化的基础,红海焊轨厂针对对外采购的感应圈,根据车间辊道线水平程度、正火控制柜功率等实际情况,自行改良了感应圈的形状尺寸比例,接头的显微组织、晶粒度等力学性能得到了显著改善。 In order to improve the quality of welded joint, reducing temperature difference during the different parts of the welded joint as the head of rail, rail web and the rail flange is our target of grain? refining. We analyzed all kinds of factors about temperature difference as induction coil' s shape and dimension, heating temperature, frequency and power in this experiment. The test results indicate that the induction coil' s shape and dimension is the basis of process parameter optimization. Hong - hai Welding Rail Plant, according to the level of roller line and the actual situation of power control cabinet, the shape size proportion of the induction coil is improved by ourselves. The microstructure and grain size of the weld have been improved remarkably.
