黄芪扶正汤对卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

Huangqi Fuzheng decoction on immune function in patients with ovarian cancer after operation

目的:探究黄芪扶正汤对卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取卵巢癌患者64例,按随机数字表法,分对照组与观察组各32例,对照组行紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服黄芪扶正汤。结果:3个疗程后,观察组中医证候评分为(1.66±0.21),明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床有效率为87.50%,略高于对照组(P>0.05)。观察组患者生活质量下降率为3.13%,生活质量提高率为87.5%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者免疫功能,不良反应情况,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪扶正汤能显著提高卵巢癌术后化疗患者免疫球蛋白及T细胞群含量,提高机体免疫能力。

Objective：To explore the effect of Huangqi Fuzheng decoction on immune function in patients with ovarian cancer after operation.Methods：64cases of ovarian cancer were selected.According to the random number table,patients were divided into control group and observation group,each of them were with 32 cases.The control group received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy,the observation group received Huangqi Fuzheng decoction Treatment on the basis of the control group.Results：After three course of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of observation group was（1.66＋0.21）,significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of patients with clinical treatment effective rate was 87.50%,lightly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate decline of life quality of the observation group was 3.13%,the rate of improvement of life quality of observation group was 87.5%,significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the observation group of immunity and adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Huangqi Fuzheng decoction can significantly improve the level of immune globulin and T cell group in ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy,improve the immune capacity of the body.
