摘要
目的:观察有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL)植入矫正高度近视术后明视、暗视下瞳孔直径的变化,前房深度的变化及ICL拱高的变化。方法:对30例(60只眼)高度近视患者,行ICL植入术,对术前,术后1周、1月和3月随访观察,分别检查明视下瞳孔直径、暗视下瞳孔直径、前房深度、ICL拱高,观察术前术后这些眼前段结构的变化及相关性。结果:术后1周、1月、3月的明视及暗视下瞳孔直径均较术前缩小,差异有统计学意义;术后1周、1月、3月的平均前房深度均较术前减小,差异有统计学意义;术后1周、1月、3月的ICL拱高变化差异无统计学意义;相关性分析显示明视及暗视下瞳孔直径的变化与ICL拱高无相关性;前房深度的变化与ICL拱高有相关性。结论:ICL植入术矫治高度近视术后1周、1月、3月的明视及暗视下瞳孔直径均较术前缩小,这种瞳孔直径的变化可能与ICL接触虹膜后表面引起的机械摩擦刺激有关。
Objective:To observe Implantable Collamer Lens(ICL) implantation for correction of high myopia ter photopic, scotopic pupil diameter changes and changes in anterior chamber depth and ICL vault. Methods : 30 atients(60 eyes) with high myopia underwent ICL implantation. We examined preoperative and postoperative 1 week, 1 month and 3 month differences in photopic pupil diameter,scotopic pupil diameter,anterior chamber depth, CL vault. Changes and correlations in these anterior segment structures were examined before and after surgery. esults: After 1 week, 1 month,and 3 month,the photopic and scotopic pupil diameter was reduced and average an-rior chamber depth was smaller as compared to those of pre-operation, these differences were statistically signifi-ant; after 1 week, 1 month, and 3 month, changes in ICL vault was not statistically significant; correlation analysis howed the photopic-scotopic changes in pupil diameter and ICL vault has no correlation;changes in anterior chamber epth has correlation with ICL vault. Conclusion: The photopic and scotopic pupil diameters are reduced after 1 week, 1 month and 3 month of ICL implantation,and this change in the pupil diameter is presumably caused by the iction stimulation from the mechanical contacts between ICL and the rear surface of iris.
