军民融合战略下区域军地协同创新网络研究--以陕西航空军民融合产业集群为例

Study on Innovation Network of Regional Civil-military Collaborative under Civil-military Integration Strategy——Aviation industrial cluster of civil-military integration in Shaanxi province as a case in point

统筹军民两个科技体系,在更大更广更深层次配置创新资源,完善军地协同创新机制,既是国家战略要求也是客观发展需要。以陕西航空军民融合产业集群为例,阐述集群概况,剖析其军地协同创新网络形成,在此基础上进一步归纳创新网络演化特征,得到整个创新网络运行演化呈现出S型曲线的结论。

To make overall civil-military collaborative science and technology system, optimizing the innovation resources allocation, improving civil-military collaborative innovation mechanism, the matter above both as a claim to national strategy and as a objective development need. In this paper, we take aviation industrial cluster of civil-military integration in Shaanxi province as a case in point, expounds its general situation, analysis its collaborative innovation network formation, further generalize innovation network evolution characteristics on the basis of above, finally draw a conclusion that the whole innovation network run evolution presents S type curve.
