摘要
随着我国城市规模的不断扩展,高速公路逐渐被城市所包围,成为城市进一步扩展的阻碍。因此,高速公路与经济、资源、环境、城市布局的协调将成为今后高速公路改扩建的主要目标。将以人为本、环境保护以及与城市发展协调为基础,分析高速公路改扩建模式,并提出基于属性数学理论的一种综合的评价方法。构建"改建指标体系",运用属性测度区间模型对拟定高速公路改扩建方案进行评定。工程实证表明:该方法对规范和指导高速公路改扩建有很好的作用。
As expanding the scale of city ,the freeway gradually surrounded by city and became obstacles to the further development of city. Therefore, the main target of freeway reconstruction is the coordination with economy, resources, environment and city layout. Based on the purposes,such as human foremost, environmental protection and balance of urban development and freeway, freeway reconstruction project is analysed, the attribute measure interval principle to evaluate the factors influencing urbanization of highway reconstruction is proposed. First, the establishment of index system for reconstruction. Then, the attribute measure model is used to evaluate the freeway. Examples in engineering shows that the method of specification and guiding freeway reconstruction has very good effect.
