目的探讨手机APP在住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法应用智能手机建立医院手机APP信息平台，使住院患者及家属随时随地利用手机获得个性化健康信息、检查检验须知、住院费用清单、检验报告等。结果患者及家属通过手机APP获得住院诊疗及护理信息．方便快捷。实现个性化服务，效果良好。结论个性化APP在住院患者护理中的应用架起了医护沟通的另一座桥梁，重塑了服务流程，提升了护理质量。

Objective To discuss the application effect of APP in the nursing of hospitalized patients. Methods Hospital APP information platform was founded based on the smart phone, which make it convenient for the hospitalized patients to get the personalized health information, inspection instructions, hospitalization charge and inspection report, etc. at anytime and anywhere. Results The patients and their families got hospitalization diagnosis and treatment and nursing information by mobile phone APP, which was convenient and quick, and realized the personalized service. The results were good. Conclusions The application of personalized APP in hospitalized patients, sets up another bridge for the communication of nurses and patients. It reshapes the service process and improves the nursing quality.
