摘要
车灯灯具水汽凝结一直是困扰灯具设计的一个难点问题。结合神龙公司开发的TX3大灯,对水汽凝结形成的机理、影响因素进行了分析,指出灯具各零件的材料、灯体内的流场、温度场和浓度场的分布是影响结雾的主要因素,并在此基础上提出了相应的应对措施,对以后的灯具设计及相应的应对措施制定具有一定的指导意义。
Condensation of vehicle lamp is always regarded as the hard issue for lamp development. By referring the TX3 front lamp developed by Dongfeng Peogeot Citroen Automotive Company LTD, a comprehensive investigation on condensation formation and its factors shows that material for each component, the distribution of flow field, temperature field and intensity field are the main factors for condensation emerging. The counter-measures in this regard will lay solid foundation for the future development of lamp.
