Study on the normal reference interval of hematological and serum biochemical indexes in 90d feeding study on SD rats

建立本实验室清洁级SD大鼠在90 d喂养试验中生理生化指标的正常参考值范围,为科学研究、试验结果评价提供准确、科学的参考依据。选取10组SD大鼠90 d喂养试验生理生化指标数据,对血液学指标及血清生化指标进行统计分析。结果得到11-12周龄和17-18周龄不同性别SD大鼠血液学、血清生化指标的正常参考范围。多数血清生化指标受年龄和性别的影响;表明在科学研究、试验结果评价时,要充分考虑性别和年龄对SD大鼠血液学、血清生化指标带来的影响。

To establish the normal reference interval of hematological and serum biochemical indexes in 90 d feeding study on SD rats in our lab and provide accurate and scientific reference for scientific research and evaluation of experimental results. Methods：Gather 10 groups of data in 90 d feeding and statistically analyze the indexes of hematological and serum biochemical parameters. Results： Normal reference intervals of the hematological and serum biochemical parameters of 11- 12- week and 17- 18- week- old male and female SD rats were collected. Most biochemical parameters were affected by age and gender. Conclusion： The impact of gender and age on hematology,serum biochemistry of SD rats should be fully taken into consideration in the scientific research and the evaluation of experimental results.
