结合国内炼油企业自身的经营特点和船舶滞期频繁出现的严重现状,分析了国内炼油企业产生船舶滞期风险的因素,并运用层次分析法,对国内炼油企业船舶滞期风险因素进行了初步评估,取得了一定的效果,并指出了存在的不足及下一步的研究方向。

With the serious situation of the operating characteristics of domestic oil refining enterprises and the frequently appeared demurrage, the article analyzes the factors of demurrage risk in domestic oil refining enterprises, and using AHP method, conducts a preliminary evaluation on the risk factors of the demurrage in a domestic oil refining enterprise and achieves certain results, and points out the deficiency and research direction.
