Kappa阿片受体脑保护机制

摘要 Kappa阿片受体(kappa opioid receptor,KOR)是阿片受体(opioid receptor,OR)系统的一部分,其他还有mu(MOR)、delta(DOR)、孤啡肽受体(NOR)[1-2]。阿片受体的最早提出是在20世纪50年代,在1973年用放射性配体结合手段在哺乳动物脑组织中发现。
