摘要
文章对近年来杜鹃分子标记的研究工作进行了梳理和总结,综述了ISSR、AFLP、RAPD、SSR及SRAP等分子标记在杜鹃的应用,并展望应用前景和提出了建设性意见,为日后开展杜鹃品种鉴定及遗传多样性分析、分子标记辅助育种、构建统一的分类系统及分子标记研究等提供参考依据。
This paper summarizes the researches on the application of Rhododendron molecular marker including ISSR,AFLP,RAPD,SSR and SRAP in recent years,looks forward to its application prospect and puts forward some constructive suggestions,so as to provide a reference basis for the future variety identification and genetic diversity analysis,molecular supplementary breeding,construction of unified classification system and molecular marker study of Rhododendron.
