摘要
甘蔗是我国当前主要的糖料作物,蔗糖业发展是广西的主要经济发展方向,对保障广西经济及农民生活水平具有重大的战略意义。随着基因工程技术的带动,甘蔗抗旱基因克隆对选育抗旱甘蔗品种及定向改良具有重要作用。现从甘蔗抗旱功能基因和信号转导相关基因两个方面全面进行研究总结,以期为甘蔗抗旱育种的基因克隆研究提供参考。
Sugarcane is China's major sugar crop,and sugarcane industry which is leading the main development direction of Guangxi's economy,has great strategic significance to guarantee Guangxi's economy and farmer's living standard. With the development of genetic engineering technology,drought-tolerant gene cloning has played an important role in breeding and upgrading sugarcane drought-tolerant varieties. The conclusion of the study on drought-tolerant gene and signal transduction related gene of sugarcane would provide some references for the research of gene cloning in breeding drought-resistant variety of sugarcane.
