摘要
承钢1780 mm热轧高压水除鳞系统在投产初期运行不够稳定,严重影响生产的顺利进行,通过分析,采取改进优化措施,取得良好效果,除磷系统改进后运行平稳。
The HP water descaling system of 1780 mm hot strip mill at Chede Steel worked unstable at early period and held back the production badly. Detailed study was performed to modify and optimize the system. As resuh, lhe modified desealing system works stable.
