摘要
结合南京某地铁保护区双液注浆加固工程自动监测实例,针对地铁隧道结构变形监测在注浆加固过程中的需求,介绍了自动化收敛远程监测系统在地铁注浆加固过程中的应用。该系统可以实时进行数据采集、传输和处理分析,并结合人工收敛监测数据进行对比分析。结果表明,该监测系统稳定实用,所获数据具有较高精度,可胜任地铁保护区双液注浆加固工程的自动监测工作,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
Combined with the automatic monitoring examples of double liquid grouting reinforcement project in a subway protective area in Nanjing,for the needs of subway tunnel structure deformation monitoring during the grouting reinforcement process,the application of remote monitoring system of automatic convergence in the process of metro grouting reinforcement is introduced. The system can carry out data acquisition,transmission and processing in real time,and combined with the artificial convergence monitoring data for comparative analysis. The results show that the monitoring system is stable and practical,the acquired data with high accuracy. It can be capable for the automatic monitoring work of the double liquid grouting reinforcement project in subway protective area. It has good application prospects and promotion value.
