浅谈扬水泵站的发展与创新

摘要 宁夏同心扬水工程于1975年建成通水,解决了宁夏南部山区人畜饮水和灌溉问题,效益显著。此后,在30年中又先后建成固海扬水、盐环定扬水等十余处大型扬水工程,为改善该地区的生态环境、提高人民生活水平做出了重大贡献。由于扬水站多建在人烟稀少的荒漠之中,交通不便,给泵站运行带来诸多困难。近年来实施泵站自动化"无人值班"技术。由于经验少,建设标准低,运行不够安全可靠,目前仍需人工操作。笔者经过对泵站运行状况的调研,认为有必要对泵站进行技术创新,提质增效。泵站"无人值班"运行的现代化管理一定能够实现。 Ningxia Tongxin water-lifting project was completed and began to provide water in 1975. It helped resolve drinking and irrigating problems of people and livestock in mountainous areas in South Ningxia with remarkable effects. In the 30 ensuing years,it has built 10-odd large-scaled water-lifting projects such as Guhai water-lifting and Yanhuanding water-lifting and has contributed greatly to improving the region’s ecological environment and boosting people ’s living standard. As lift pump stations are mostly built in sparsely-populous desert with inconvenient traffic,it brings lots of difficulties to operation of pump stations. Autonomous ‘unattended’technologies for pump stations is put into force in the late years. Thanks to scarce experience,low construction standards and unsound operation,artificial operation is still in need. After carrying out research on the operational status of pump stations,the author reckons that it is imperative to conduct technological innovation on the pump stations to boost quality and efficiency. Modernized management with‘unattended’operation in pump stations can come true.
