渔歌是流传于中国沿海沿河地区的民间"山歌"。渔歌内容丰富、富有哲理,涉及渔民生活的各个方面,反映了渔区的风土人情,体现了渔民不同的思想道德观念,是纪录渔区社会历史和文化的档案和活字典。渔歌"没有书面记载,完全靠老一辈的口传心授。渔歌是我国沿海民间文学的重要组成部分,也是中华民族亟待保护的的非物质文化遗产。随着国家对非物质文化遗产保护和传承的重视,渔歌的艺术风格、人文价值、历史文化价值也逐渐被人们发现和重视。在当前现代化和城镇化进程不断加快的大背景下,如何抢救和保护这一原生态文化,不能让渔歌成为消失的记忆,正成为政府、民间及社会各界亟待解决的问题。

It is an important part of coastal folk literature of our country, but also the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese nation which needs to be protected urgently. With the national emphasis on the protection and in- heritance of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, the artistic style, humanistic value, historical and cultUral value of fishermen＇ s song have gradually been discovered and paid attention to. In the background of the accelerating modernization and urbanization process, how to save, protect the original ecological culture and avoid its disappearing from our memory, now are becoming urgent problems for the government, civil society and all sectors of the society to deal with.
