重金属对环境的污染历史久远，我国这类污染形势也相当严峻，污染事故屡次发生，重金属检测是环境监测的重要领域之一。本文对重金属及As、Se的相关检测分析方法进行了概述，并对毒性更大的的重金属和As有机形态分析做了介绍，总结分析了相关形态分析的一些研究基础，提出了对重金属和砷的有机态制定环境标准并进行分析方法的开发和标准化建议。
