摘要
气相分子吸收光谱法是在规定的分析条件下,将待测成分转变成气态分子载八测量系统,测定其对特征光谱吸收的方法。最早期的气相分子吸收光谱仪是经过原子吸收光谱仪改装的,所以光源采用空心阴极灯。本文对光源的优化做了探讨。通过一系列对比实验得出结论,应用氚灯做光源更加准确合理。改进后的气相分子吸收光谱仪,所做工作曲线线性良好,测量结果完全满足环保标准方法的要求,同时单一光源操作更加方便。
Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometry is that the detected substance is inverted into gas molecules to be loaded in a measuring system under the specified analytical conditions.Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometer was modified by Atomic Absorption Spectrometer in the early times, socathode lampwas used by the light source. In this thesis, it mainly is discussedto set up optimal mode of light source.Through a series of comparative experiments,it provedthat deuterium lampwasusedfor light sourcewhichwasmore accurate and reasonable. Afterbeingimprovedgas phase molecular absorption spectrometer, satisfactorylinearityofworkingcurvewas obtained. Measurement results completely satisfied the requirements of standard methodfor environmental protection, at the same time, it is convenientto operate single-light.
