对血管神经性偏头痛患者采用疏肝通络汤治疗的有效性进行探讨

Investigation of effectiveness by Shugan Tongluo decoction applied in treating angioneurotic migraine patients

目的分析疏肝通络汤治疗血管神经性偏头痛患者的有效性。方法 80例血管神经性偏头痛患者,按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用头痛宁治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上采用疏肝通络汤治疗,比较两组治疗临床疗效、复发情况及大脑动脉血流速度。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组大脑前动脉血流速度为(61.7±3.6)cm/s,明显低于对照组的(66.3±4.5)cm/s(P<0.05)。实验组大脑中动脉血流速度为(72.7±6.8)cm/s,显著低于对照组的(79.5±7.6)cm/s(P<0.05)。实验组大脑后动脉血流速度为(53.9±7.2)cm/s,对照组为(58.4±7.3)cm/s。实验组大脑后动脉血流速度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝通络汤治疗血管神经性偏头痛,效果确切,脑部微循环能够得到改善,临床应用价值极高。

Objective To analyze effectiveness by Shugan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of angioneurotic migraine patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with angioneurotic migraine were divided by random number table into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Toutongning for treatment, and the experimental group received additional Shugan Tongluo decoction for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical effect, recurrence and cerebral artery blood flow velocity between the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.0% than 72.5% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group had anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity as（61.7±3.6） cm/s, which was much lower than（66.3±4.5） cm/s in the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously lower middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity as（72.7±6.8） cm/s than（79.5±7.6） cm/s in the control group. The experimental group had posterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity as（53.9±7.2） cm/s, which was（58.4±7.3） cm/s in the control group, and the experimental group had obviously lower posterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Tongluo decoction provides precise effect in treating angioneurotic migraine, along with improvement in cerebral microcirculation. It contains high value for clinical application.
