50例老年高血压患者临床特征观察

Observation of clinical characteristics of 50 senile hypertension patients

目的探讨老年高血压临床特征。方法 50例老年高血压患者作为观察组,同期50例中青年高血压患者作为对照组。比较两组患者相关指标的差异。结果两组患者性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组收缩压为(153.25±11.28)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、脉压为(62.08±7.23)mmHg、位性低血压发生率为28.00%、单纯收缩期高血压发生率为32.00%、并发症发生率为84.00%、良好心理反应发生率为38.00%,均高于对照组的(142.56±10.23)mmHg、(43.23±5.45)mmHg、10.00%、8.00%、22.00%、16.00%;观察组治疗依从性好所占比例为50.00%、血压控制达标率为42.00%,低于对照组的76.00%、68.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压具有特殊性,对其治疗遵循科学合理、小剂量再视情况酌情增加的用药原则,同时实施健康教育、心理干预,改善患者不良心理状态,提高服药依从性。

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of senile hypertension. Methods There were 50 senile hypertension patients as observation group, and another 50 young and middle-aged hypertension patients as control group. Differences of related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of gender between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The observation group had systolic blood pressure（153.25±11.28） mmHg（1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa）, pulse pressure as（62.08±7.23） mmHg, incidence of postural hypotension as 28.00%, incidence of isolated systolic hypertension as 32.00%, incidence of complications as 84.00%, and incidence of good psychological reactions as 38.00%, which were all higher than（142.56±10.23） mmHg,（43.23±5.45） mmHg, 10.00%, 8.00%, 22.00% and 16.00% in the control group. The observation group had good compliance proportion as 50.00% and standard rate of blood pressure control as 42.00%, which were all lower than 76.00% and 68.00% in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Due to specificity of senile hypertension, its treatment ought to obey medication principle of scientific and rational small dosage, with further increasing. Implement of health education and psychological intervention can improve adverse psychological reactions and enhance medication compliance in patients.
