2型糖尿病患者血脂水平的研究

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者与正常健康体检患者血脂水平的差异,探讨控制血脂水平对2型糖尿病患者的临床意义。方法 30例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选30例正常健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平,并对结果进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平分别为(4.03±0.96)、(3.12±0.22)、(5.73±1.09)mmol/L,均高于对照组的(2.46±0.56)、(1.29±0.38)、(4.18±0.92)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇为(1.03±0.22)mmol/L,低于对照组的(1.36±0.29)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极控制血脂对于2型糖尿病患者控制好血糖及预防心脑血管大血管并发症及糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变等微血管并发症都有积极的意义。 Objective To analyze difference of blood lipid level between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and healthy people, and to investigate clinical significance of blood lipid control for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods There were 30 patients with single type 2 diabetes mellitus as observation group and 30 healthy people as control group. Detection was made on their low density lipoprotein cholesterin, high density lipoprotein cholesterin, triglyceride, and total cholesterol levels for statistical analysis. Results The observation group had low density lipoprotein cholesterin, triglyceride and total cholesterol respectively as(4.03±0.96),(3.12±0.22) and(5.73±1.09) mmol/L, which were all higher than(2.46±0.56),(1.29±0.38) and(4.18±0.92) mmol/L in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had lower high density lipoprotein cholesterin as(1.03±0.22) mmol/L than(1.36±0.29) mmol/L in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Active blood glucose control shows remarkable significant for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in inhibition of blood glucose and prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications as macrovascular complications, and diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy as microvascular complications.
