腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌近期及远期疗效的临床分析

Clinical analysis on recent and forward curative effect of colorectal carcinoma treated by endoscope

目的研究探讨腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的近期及远期疗效。方法 100例结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规临床开放性手术,观察组给予腔镜手术。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间(122.15±31.35)min与对照组的(123.54±30.45)min比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量(50.15±14.35)ml、住院时间(8.15±1.35)d均优于对照组的(110.54±30.45)ml、(12.54±6.45)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者1、3、5年生存率(94.0%、88.0%、80.0%)与对照组(96.0%、88.0%、78.0%)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌患者具有机体损伤小、出血量少、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,且其近期及远期疗效与开放性手术并无差别,临床上值得推广。

Objective To explore and research recent and forward curative effect of colorectal carcinoma treated by endoscope. Methods A total of 100 colorectal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open surgery, and observation group received endoscopic surgery. Therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had operation time as（122.15±31.35） min and（123.54±30.45） min in control group, and difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The observation group had intraoperative blood loss as（50.15±14.35） ml, hospital stay as（8.15±1.35） d, which were better than（110.54±30.45） ml and（12.54±6.45） d in control group, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The observation group had survival rate in 1, 3, 5 year respectively as 94.0%, 88.0% and 80.0%, which was 96.0%, 88.0% and 78.0% in control group, differences had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Implement of endoscopic surgery shows little body damage and bleeding volume, quick recovery and shorter hospital stay for colorectal carcinoma patients, and this method has no difference in recent and forward curative effect with open surgery. So this surgical method is worth clinical promotion.
