琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation on metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablets in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 102例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,采用双色球分组法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者LVEDD、LVESD以及LVEF水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.20%,高于对照组的74.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablets in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 102 chronic congestive heart failure patients were divided by double chromosphere into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and observation group also received metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablets for treatment. Comparison were made on left ventricular end diastolic dimension（LVEDD）, left ventricular end systolic dimension（LVESD）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and clinical effect between two groups before and after treatment. Results Both groups had better level of LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF after treatment than before treatment, and observation group had lower level than control group, all differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had clinical total effective rate as 90.20%, which was higher than 74.51% in control group, and difference ahd statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablets shows clear clinical effect in improve cardiac function of chronic congestive heart failure patients, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
