健脾清热化瘀方抗胃溃疡及复发临床疗效研究

Clinical effect research on Jianpi Qingre Huayu formula in the treatment of gastrohelcosis and its recurrence

目的探讨健脾清热化瘀方抗胃溃疡及复发的临床疗效。方法 82例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,依照治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者施行常规西药治疗,观察组患者施行健脾清热化瘀方治疗,对比两组患者胃溃疡临床治愈情况和复发情况。结果观察组患者总有效率95.12%高于对照组78.05%,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=5.145,P〈0.05）。观察组患者复发率9.52%低于对照组37.50%,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=4.047,P〈0.05）。结论对于胃溃疡患者的临床治疗,相对于传统西药治疗而言,健脾清热化瘀方能显著提升患者治愈率,降低胃溃疡的复发率,疗效较为显著。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Jianpi Qingre Huayu formula in the treatment of gastrohelcosis and its recurrence. Methods A total of 82 gastrohelcosis patients as research subjects were divieded by therapeutic schedule into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and observation group received Jianpi Qingre Huayu formula treatment. Comparison was made on clinical cure and recurrence. Results The observation group had a higher total effective rate as 95.12% than 78.05% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=5.145, P〈0.05）. The observation group had a lower recurrence rate as 9.52% than 37.50% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=4.047, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional Western medicine treatment, Jianpi Qingre Huayu formula proves significant effect in increasing cure rate and decreasing recurrence rate.
