五子涤痰汤治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Wuzi Ditan decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察五子涤痰汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法 66例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例。治疗组给予五子涤痰汤结合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组单纯给予甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为84.8%,对照组为78.8%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛、肿胀、晨僵时间、功能指数及手握力较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05或0.01),且治疗组患者疼痛、肿胀、晨僵时间、功能指数及手握力改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五子涤痰汤治疗类风湿关节炎能减轻临床症状和改善关节功能,可在临床广泛应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect by Wuzi Ditan decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The treatment group received Wuzi Ditan decoction combined with methotrexate for treatment, and the control group received methotrexate alone for treatment. Observation was made on clinical effects in both groups. Results The treatment group had total effective rate as 84.8%, which was 78.8% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference of clinical effect between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better pain, swell, morning stiffness duration, function index and hand holding strength than those before treatment（P〈0.05 or 0.01）, and the treatment group also had better pain, swell, morning stiffness duration, function index and hand holding strength than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In treating rheumatoid arthritis, Wuzi Ditan decoction can relieve clinical symptoms and improve joint function. It is wroth widely clinical application.
