摘要
目的探讨吸烟对原发性肝癌患者凝血功能的影响。方法 97例确诊为原发性肝癌的初诊患者,根据吸烟指数不同分为1组(吸烟指数为0,26例),2组(吸烟指数为1~199,21例),3组(吸烟指数为200~399,22例),4组(吸烟指数为〉400,28例)。对比四组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数(PLT)。结果 1组和2组、3组和4组患者之间的PLT、PT、APTT、D-D、FIB、CRP检验指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。1、2合并组PT、APTT高于3、4合并组,PLT、D-D、FIB、CRP低于3、4合并组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.930、2.578、548.266、3.977、4.594、118.708,P〈0.05)。结论长期吸烟可介导肝癌患者长期处于慢性炎症反应状态,并影响原发性肝癌患者的凝血功能。
Objective To explore influence of smoking on blood coagulation of primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients diagnosed primary liver cancer were divided by different smoking indexes into group 1(smoking index as 0, 26 cases), group 2(smoking index as 1~199, 21 cases), group 3(smoking index as 200~399, 22 cases) and group 4(smoking index 400, 28 cases). Comparison were made on C-reactive protein(CRP), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(FIB), D-dimer(D-D) andblood platelet count(PLT). Results There was no statistically significant difference of PLT, PT, APTT, D-D, FIB and CRP between group 1 and group 2, group 3 and group 4(P〈0.05). Group 1 and group 2 had higher PT and APTT than group 3 and group 4, lower PLT, D-D, FIB and CRP than group 3 and group 4, and the difference had statistical significance(t=9.930, 2.578, 548.266, 3.977, 4.594, 118.708, P〈0.05). Conclusion Long-term smoking can mediate liver cancer patients in chronic inflammation state and affect blood coagulation of primary liver cancer.
