左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染性腹泻临床效果

Clinical effect by levofloxacin in the treatment of acute bacterial infectious diarrhea

目的分析急性细菌性感染性腹泻患者的治疗过程中应用左氧氟沙星治疗的临床效果。方法 54例急性细菌性感染性腹泻患者,采用抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组27例。给予对照组患者头孢曲松钠治疗,给予观察组患者左氧氟沙星治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后的疗效及白细胞增多、白细胞、脓细胞、红细胞水平。结果两组患者经过5 d治疗后,观察组患者的显效、有效、无效例数分别为20、6、1例,总有效率为96.30%,对照组患者的显效、有效、无效例数分别为10、8、9例,总有效率为66.67%,观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=7.85,P〈0.05）。观察组患者的白细胞增多、白细胞、脓细胞、红细胞例数分别为1、1、0、0例,对照组患者的白细胞增多、白细胞、脓细胞、红细胞例数分别为9、8、4、5例,观察组患者各实验室检查指标情况均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（χ~2=7.8545、6.5333、4.3200、5.5102,P〈0.05）。结论在急性细菌性感染性腹泻患者的治疗过程中应用左氧氟沙星治疗的临床疗效较为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect by levofloxacin in the treatment of acute bacterial infectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 54 patients with acute bacterial infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received ceftriaxone sodium for treatment, and the observation group received levofloxacin for treatment. Comparison and analysis were made on curative effect after treatment, leukocytosis, leukocyte, pyocyte and erythrocyte levels between the two groups. Results After 5 d of treatment in both groups, the observation group had 20 excellent cases, 6 effective cases and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 96.30%. The control group had 10 excellent cases, 8 effective cases and 9 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 66.67%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=7.85, P〈0.05）. The observation group had 1 leukocytosis case, 1 leukocyte case, 0 pyocyte case and 0 erythrocyte case. The control group had 9 leukocytosis cases, 8 leukocyte cases, 4 pyocyte cases and 5 erythrocyte cases. The observation group had all better laboratory test indexes than the control group, and the differences all had statistical significance（χ~2=7.8545, 6.5333, 4.3200, 5.5102, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of levofloxacin in treating acute bacterial infectious diarrhea patients provide precisely clinical effect, and it is worth clinical promotion.
