自拟下乳方配合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳病100例

Treatment of 100 postpartum hypogalactia disease by self designed milk production method and points massage

目的探析自拟下乳方配合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳病的治疗效果及药学机理。方法 200例产后缺乳病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各100例。两组产妇均在分娩后早开奶,剖宫产术排气后即正常饮食,勤服营养汤水。治疗组为自拟下乳方配合穴位按摩治疗,对照组经上述初步处理,加服鸡汤、鱼汤、牛奶等治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组有效73例,好转23例,无效4例,总有效率96.00%;对照组有效63例,好转19例,无效18例,总有效率82.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟下乳方配合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳病,全方共聚益气补血,通经下乳之功,另加按摩增强该功效。对该病的辨证思路符合中医理论,治疗方法围绕辨证思路展开,临床疗效显著,患者依存性好,是一种疗效肯定、不良反应少、易于接受的治疗方法。

Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect and pharmaceutical mechanism of postpartum hypogalactia disease treated by self designed milk production method and points massage. Methods A total of 200 patients with postpartum hypogalactia disease were divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Both groups had early milk opening after pregnancy, and took normal food after cesarean section exhaust and nutrition soup frequently. The treatment group received self designed milk production method and points massage for treatment and control group received chicken soup, fish soup and milk for treatment. Therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results The treatment group had 73 effective cases, 23 improve cases and 4 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 96.00%, and control group had 63 effective cases, 19 improved cases and 18 ineffective cases. The total effective rate of two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self designed milk production method and points massage in treating postpartum hypogalactia disease shows clear effect in invigorating qi, enriching blood, menstruation, and milk production.Thinking of syndrome differentiation is confirmed to traditional Chinese theory, and shows significant effect and good compliance. So this is a easily accepted method with affirmative effect and little adverse reaction.
