偏瘫肢体康复训练护理在脑梗死患者中的应用

Application of hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training in cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨分析偏瘫肢体康复训练护理在脑梗死患者中的意义。方法 48例脑梗死合并偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予偏瘫肢体康复训练。观察比较两组患者的不同时间点的Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分。结果观察组患者出院时的Barthel指数(44.5±7.2)分和Fugl-Meyer评分(32.4±4.5)分与对照组的(42.4±6.5)分和(31.5±3.5)分比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=1.061、0.773,P>0.05)。但出院1、3个月时观察组患者的Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分分别为(62.6±5.9)、(82.3±14.1)分和(55.3±6.1)、(68.4±12.3)分,均高于对照组的(50.3±6.2)、(62.5±13.6)分和(43.2±5.2)、(56.7±10.4)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=7.041、4.951、7.395、3.558,P<0.05)。结论合理有效的偏瘫肢体康复训练有助于促进患侧肢体运动的恢复,提高脑梗死患者的生活质量和生活自理能力。

Objective To investigate and analyze significance by hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training in cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 48 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training. Observation and comparison were made on Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups at different time points. Results The observation group had Barthel index as（44.5±7.2） points and Fugl-Meyer score as（32.4±4.5） points at discharge, which were（42.4±6.5） and（31.5±3.5） points in the control group, and their differences all had no statistical significance（t=1.061, 0.773, P〉0.05）. In 1 month and 3 months after discharge, the observation group had Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score respectively as（62.6±5.9）,（82.3±14.1） points and（55.3±6.1）,（68.4±12.3） points, which were all higher than（50.3±6.2）,（62.5±13.6） points and（43.2±5.2） and（56.7±10.4） points in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（t=7.041, 4.951, 7.395, 3.558, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rational and effective hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training can accelerate limb movement recovery, improve quality of life and self-help ability in cerebral infarction patients.
