妇科癌症患者社会支持水平的调查及护理干预

Research of social support level and nursing intervention for patients with gynecological cancer

目的调查妇科癌症患者的社会支持情况,探讨提高其生活质量的护理对策。方法 106例住院的妇科癌症患者作为妇科癌症组,106例妇科良性肿瘤患者作为对照组,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)分析两组患者的社会支持水平以及不同年龄段妇科癌症患者的社会支持水平,并进行比较。结果妇科癌症组客观支持评分为(7.63±2.61)分、主观支持评分为(18.23±6.74)分、社会支持总分为(33.79±8.32)分,均低于对照组的(8.62±3.45)、(20.88±6.61)、(36.97±8.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段妇科癌症患者客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科癌症患者社会支持不良,年龄大的患者支持状况更差。护士应提高对社会支持的认识,给予相应护理干预,帮助妇科癌症患者特别是老年患者扩大社会支持水平,延长生存期,提高生命质量。

Objective To research social support condition in patients with gynecological cancer, and to investigate nursing measures for improving their quality of life. Methods There were 106 hospitalized patients with gynecological cancer as gynecological cancer group and 106 patients with benign gynecological tumor as control group. Social support rating scale（SSRS） was applied to analyze social support level in both groups and their social support level in patients of different ages for comparison. Results The gynecological cancer group had objective support score as（7.63±2.61） points, subjective support score as（18.23±6.74） points, and total social support score as（33.79±8.32） points, which were all lower than（8.62±3.45）,（20.88±6.61） and（36.97±8.46） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The differences of objective support score, subjective support score and total social support score had statistical significance between patients of different ages（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Social support is poor for patients with gynecological cancer, especially for elder patients. It is necessary for nurse to enhance their comprehension of social support and to provide corresponding nursing intervention to expand social support level in patients, especially aged ones, with gynecological cancer, along with prolonged survival period and improved quality of life.
