心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植成功率的影响分析

Analysis on influence of psychological nursing for success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation

目的探讨心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植成功率的影响。方法 215例体外受精-胚胎移植患者,采用数字随机法分为对照组(107例)和研究组(108例)。对照组患者在移植过程中不实施心理护理,研究组患者实施心理护理。比较两组妊娠成功率及流产发生率。结果研究组妊娠成功率和流产发生率分别为61.1%和4.6%,对照组妊娠成功率和流产发生率分别为47.7%和13.1%,研究组妊娠成功率高于对照组、流产发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够提高体外受精-胚胎移植成功率,从而提升患者的妊娠成功率,满足患者的生育需求,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore influence of psychological nursing for success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation. Methods A total of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation patients were divided by random number method into control group（107 cases） and research group（108 cases）. The control group received no psychological nursing in transplantation, and research group received psychological nursing. Comparison were made on incidence of successful pregnancy and abortion. Results The research group had incidence of successful pregnancy and abortion respectively as 61.1% and 4.6%, and control group had incidence of successful pregnancy and abortion respectively as 47.7% and 13.1%. The research group had higher incidence of successful pregnancy and lower incidence of abortion, and the difference had statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can increase success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation and pregnancy rate.This method also can satisfy fertility demand of patients, so it is worth clinical promotion and application.
