优质护理干预措施在门诊小儿静脉输液中的应用效果

Application effect by high quality nursing intervention measures for outpatient pediatric venous transfusion

目的分析优质护理措施在门诊小儿静脉输液中的效果。方法 104例接受输液治疗的患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组与优质组,每组52例。常规组患儿接受常规护理,优质组患儿则在常规护理基础上进行优质护理,对比两组患儿的输液情况。结果常规组患儿依从例数为30例（57.69%）,明显少于优质组的48例（92.31%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=16.615,P=0.000〈0.05）;常规组一次输液成功例数为31例（59.61%）,明显少于优质组的50例（96.15%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=20.152,P=0.000〈0.05）;常规组脱针例数为13例（25.00%）,明显多于优质组的1例（1.92%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=11.886,P=0.000〈0.05）。结论在门诊接受输液治疗的患儿中,优质护理的应用效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze effect by high quality nursing measures for outpatient pediatric venous transfusion. Methods A total of 104 children patients receiving transfusion treatment were randomly divided into conventional group and high quality group, with 52 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing, and the high quality group received additional high quality nursing to conventional nursing. Transfusion condition was compared between the two groups. Results The conventional group had 30 compliance cases（57.69%）, which was obviously less than 48 cases（92.31%） in the high quality group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=16.615, P=0.0000.05）. The conventional group had 31 cases（59.61%） with onetime successful transfusion, which was much less than 50 cases in the high quality group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=20.152, P=0.0000.05）. The conventional group had more needle shifting cases as 13 cases（25.00%） than 1 case（1.92%） in the high quality group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=11.886, P=0.0000.05）. Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing in outpatient children patients receiving venous transfusion provides excellent effect, and it is worth promoting.
