Influencing factors and intervention measures of infant pure breast feeding compliance

目的探讨影响婴儿纯母乳喂养依从性相关因素及干预措施。方法选择200例产妇作为研究调查,观察母乳喂养情况,比较分析依从性差(对照组)及依从性好(观察组)产妇相关影响因素。结果 200例产妇中纯母乳喂养160例、混合喂养30例、人工喂养10例;观察组依从性好产妇占80.00%(160/200),对照组依从性差产妇占20.00%(40/200)。对照组产妇中缺少母乳喂养知识14例(35.00%)、大学以上文化16例(40.00%)、存在婴儿因素6例(15.00%)、缺少家庭支持10例(25.00%),均高于观察组产妇的16.25%、20.00%、2.50%、7.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);说明缺少母乳喂养知识、大学以上文化、存在婴儿因素、缺少家庭支持是影响纯母乳喂养的相关因素。对照组与观察组产妇的年龄[(27.84±3.20)岁VS(27.84±3.20)岁]、户籍(城镇/农村)[(24/16)VS(90/70)]、产次(初产妇/经产妇)[(36/4)VS(144/16)]比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论影响婴儿纯母乳喂养依从性因素复杂,应实施针对性措施提高婴儿纯母乳喂养依从性。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention measures of infant pure breast feeding compliance. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women were selected as the research survey and the breast feeding status was observed. related factors of poor compliance（control group） and good compliance（observation group） were compared. Results There were 160 pure breast feeding cases in 200 maternal women, 30 mixed feeding cases and 10 artificial feeding cases. Good compliance cases accounted for 80.00%（160/200） in observation group, and poor compliance cases accounted for 20.00%（40/200） in the control group. The control group had 14 lack of breast feeding knowledge cases（35.00%）, 16 university degree or above cases（40.00%）, 6 infant factors cases（15.00%）, and 10 lack of family support cases（25.00%）, which were all higher than 16.25%, 20.00%, 2.50% and 7.50% than the observation group, differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Lack of breast feeding knowledge, university degree or above, infant factors and lack of family support are influence factors of pure breast feeding. The control group and observation group had no statistically significant difference in age [（27.84±3.20）years old VS（27.84±3.20）years old], residence（urban/rural）[（24/16） VS（90/70）], production time（primipara/multipara）[（36/4） VS（144/16）]（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The influence factors of infant pure breast feeding compliance are complex, and the specific measures should be implemented to improve the compliance of infant pure breast feeding.
