生态林下秸秆栽培黑木耳培养基配方筛选试验 被引量:7

摘要 为更好地利用生态林下空地和小气候,以秸秆替代料生产黑木耳,研究了5种培养基配方与对照配方对黑木耳菌丝体长势、生物学效率和品质的影响进行比较。结果表明:配方1(玉米秸29%、玉米芯29%、花生壳29%,麸皮10%,石膏1%、石灰2%)栽培黑木耳,平均生物学效率达到100.6%,完全可以替代杂木屑生产黑木耳。 In order to make better use of land and forest microclimate in ecological forest, and cutivate Auricularia auricula with straw instead of sawdust, 5 formula contained straw were tested by mycelia growth capacity, biological fficiency and fruit quality. The results indicated that the formula 1(corn straw 29%, corn cob29%, peanut shell 29%, wheat bran 10%, gypsum 1% and lime 2%) was the optimal formula for Auricularia a. Cutivation with the average biological efficiency of 100.6%. This indicated that sawdust can be used in Auricularia a. Cultivation in stead of sawdust..
