华支睾吸虫感染后血清IL-33检测及其意义

摘要 目的探讨华支睾吸虫感染后血清白细胞介素-33(IL-33)的检测及临床意义。方法建立不同品系小鼠华支睾吸虫感染模型,采用ELISA法对感染组和正常对照组小鼠血清中IL-33水平进行测定。同时检测45例华支睾吸虫感染患者及16名健康对照者血清中IL-33水平。结果感染华支睾吸虫后,小鼠血清中IL-33水平明显增高,且随感染时间的增加而逐渐增高。感染14 d时,病理损伤严重的FVB小鼠血清中IL-33水平明显高于病理损伤较轻的Balb/c小鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染28d时,两种品系小鼠血清中IL-33水平显著高于感染0d时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。此外,与健康对照相比,华支睾吸虫感染患者血清中IL-33水平也明显增加(P<0.01)。结论华支睾吸虫感染后,血清中IL-33水平升高,可作为辅助诊断的参考指标。 Objective This was to study the significant of testing serum interleukin-33( IL- 33) in patients with Clonorchis sinensis infection.Methods Established Clonorchis sinensis infection model in FVB and Balb / c mouse,and detect the serum level of IL-33 by ELISA. The level of IL-33 in serum was also detected in Clonorchis sinensis infected patients and health control. Results The serum IL- 33 level in infected mouse was higher than that in normal control,and the level increased as time went by. The level of IL-33 in FVB mice was higher than that in infected Balb / c mice at the 14 th day after infection,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). After been infected for 28 days,IL- 33 level in both FVB mice and Balb/c mice were increased compared with been infected 0 day( P〈0.01). The serum level of IL- 33 in infected patients was also higher in that in health control.Conclusions Serum level of IL- 33 can be used as the diagnosis reference of Clonorchis sinensis infection.
