顺尔宁对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子水平变化的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨顺尔宁对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子水平变化的影响。方法选取本院2013年1月至2016年1月间收治的200例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各100例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合白三烯受体拮抗剂顺尔宁治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果两组患儿完全退热时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽症状消失时间、喘息缓解时间明显短于对照组,而喘息复发率明显低于对照组,且比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿PEF、FVC、FEV1等肺功能指标明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿IFN-r、IL-6、IL-10等血清细胞因子水平明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺尔宁治疗支原体肺炎能够提高患儿免疫功能、改善肺功能,临床疗效显著,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the impact of Singulair on pulmonary function and serum cytokine levels of Mycoplasma pneumoniae children. Methods 200 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,hospitalized in our hospital during January 2013 and January 2016,were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group. The control group received for treatment,the infants in observation group added azithromycin( leukotriene receptor antagonist) on the basis of Singulair,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The difference of complete cooling time of the two groups was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). The cough symptoms disappeared time and breathing ease time of observation group significantly shorter than the control group,while the breathing recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). The indexes including PEF,FVC and FEV1 of observation group and other lung function parameters were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). The levels of IFN-r,IL-6 and IL-10 in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Singulair in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia children can improve immune function and lung function,with significant clinical effect,worthy of promotion.
